Kitchen Associates Open House Highlights

The weather was perfect, the food was fabulous, and about 200 people came and enjoyed seeing the beautiful kitchen cabinets and countertops that could potentially be part of their homes.

That's right, on Saturday, September 28th, Kitchen Associates held an Open House. We had many visitors, including Dan Andelman from the Phantom Gourmet TV show. Dan also brought along his father, former Boston sports radio legend, Eddie Andelman.

There were representatives from Wood-Mode and Brookhaven cabinetry, Discover Marble and Granite, Rooms With a View for tile, and Percy's appliances to talk to our guests about what they offer to enhance their kitchen.

We set up a huge outdoor tent and Buck and Dave's BBQ from Auburn made some delicious pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and other favorites. Gourmet Donuts from Leominster and Fitchburg provided coffee and donuts. The Pumpkin Spice ice coffee was a huge hit! To top it off, Rota Springs Farm from Sterling provided their delicious homemade ice cream for all of our visitors.

There were drawings for Boston harbor cruises, gift certificates from local businesses, and ticket winners to the Phantom Gourmet Food Fest in Boston the next day.

We had a lot of fun and we enjoyed having everyone come and see what Kitchen Associates is all about. A big thanks to all of our guests and contributors! We look forward to hosting similar events in the future.
